Line Manager Training
We offer training in workplace health and wellbeing for those in leadership and management roles. The training is designed to enhance improve leadership and line management understanding and practice, and to help create healthy workplaces, maintain employee attendance, and support workforce performance and productivity.
2025-26 Health & Growth Accelerator
In 2025, we ran the Health & Growth Accelerator Training Service for line managers within small and medium size (SME) employers in Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. The programme was designed to improve organisational practice in matters of workplace health and wellbeing, helping managers to identify, support and manage health-related work issues, and embed employee wellbeing and inclusion into leadership and management practice.
More information on the 2025-26 training programme can be found at: www.sohastrainthetrainer.co.uk
We anticipate being able to confirm that this programme will run again in the Autumn and Winter (2026-27) by the end of September 2026.
The new training programme will have a broader range of training sessions, while continuing to deliver the core subjects we trained line managers on in the 2025-26 training.
